The Journal

A guided, Christian journal for the body, mind & soul. One full year, four quarters, twelve months, one question running through every single day: Did I steward my body, mind, and spirit well today?

The Rhythm

A year that coaches you

Four quarters trace one arc: self-awareness, then formation, then capacity, and finally purpose. Each month opens with a story from Kelly Ward, PA-C (thirty years in orthopedic sports medicine) and closes with an honest reflection. In between: the clinical foundation in plain language, the wisdom of others, a quiet word, and your daily pages. Health is integrated. Or it is temporary.

Daily

Sleep, energy, training, meals. Then the questions that matter: Where did I see God at work today? And on every page, the anchor question, answered honestly.

Weekly

A weekly planner, a spiritual challenge, and an honest check-in: the wins, the struggles, and the one adjustment for the week ahead.

Monthly

One theme where health and faith meet, a health snapshot, monthly goals, a metric tracker, and an end-of-month reflection that makes the month yours.

Ordinary Faithfulness

The small choices,
made on purpose.

Stewardship isn’t built in the dramatic moments. It’s the plate you fill, the rest you protect, the table you keep, one honest day at a time.

The Twelve Words

One word, every month, for a year

Each month of the Journal carries one word, one verse, and one theme where health and faith meet, from an honest beginning to a faithful finish.

Begin the practice.
Finish the race.

You picked this up for a reason. And you are right on time. The Journal launches soon from Athens, Georgia. Until then, FINISH 90 is the 90-day on-ramp, and The GuideBook is the why behind both.
